Online appointment must be made at least three (3) working
days prior to the actual appointment date and subject to
vaccine stock availability.

Online appointment is only intended for non-emergency cases
only. Patients who need urgent consultation should seek
consultation at accident & emergency department as soon as
possible.

Online appointment can be made to consult more than one (1)
Consultant on the same day but not at the same time and is
subject to the availability of the Consultant(s).
Kindly note that reservation made via online does not
constitute to a confirmed
appointment.

Online appointment will only be confirmed via a confirmation
email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp message from Hospital
Lam Wah Ee (HLWE).

5. |
Once the online appointment is confirmed, a reminder
SMS/Whatsapp will be sent to your registered number two (2)
days prior to the said appointment.

6. |
Rescheduling and/or cancellation of appointment can be made
via phone call to HLWE or online appointment website.
|
|
7. |
HLWE reserves the rights to cancel or reschedule your
appointment in the event of unforeseen circumstances. You
will be contacted as soon as possible if the doctor is
unable to see you at the scheduled appointment. You will be
notified of the cancellation and for rescheduling.

HLWE shall not be held liable for any cancelled or
rescheduled appointments.
|
|
9. |
You also consent to be contacted via WhatsApp for
appointment-related communications and relevant healthcare
updates.

The information that you have provided here will be used to
facilitate your booking and for the preparation for your
appointment. HLWE will protect your personal information
according to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 as
outlined in our Personal Data Protection Notice.

HLWE reserves the rights to review and amend its Terms of
Use as and when needed to improve our service.
