1. How can I book appointment online?
Click on “Appointment” at top right corner and choose the Discipline, Doctor, and Time Slot.
OR
Click on “Make an Appointment” near the doctor’s portrait and choose Time Slot.
Identify yourself as an Existing patient or a New patient to our Hospital.
Indicate booking for your Self or On Behalf of someone.
Indicate your payment method: Self-Pay, Insurance, or Corporate.
Enter your Medical Registration Number (MRN).
Verify with OTP and you will receive an e-mail confirming your appointment.

2. What is the benefit of using online appointment?
By making an appointment with us, you can shorten the waiting time at registration counter and clinic.

3. When should I make an appointment?
You can make an appointment anytime as long as it is 2 working days in advance your preferred appointment date.

4. What can I do if the booking is closed (< 2 working days)?
You can still register as a walk-in patient to consult a doctor if the booking is closed or choose another date if it is not urgent.

5. Am I allowed to change my appointment date / time?
You can change it anytime as long as it is before your appointment time and there are available slots. We do appreciate early notification from you via call in, WhatsApp, or responding to our SMS/Whatsapp reminder sent the day before appointment so we can make the necessary arrangements.

6. What if I cannot make it to my scheduled appointment?
We appreciate your efforts to inform us of any changes via phone call to the clinic nurses or customer service or you may update it in the appointment system (Modify Booking) as soon as possible. Booking Reference Code and your NRIC/Passport will be needed.
There will also be a SMS/Whatsapp reminder sent to your phone on the day before the appointment, responding to the confirmation of attendance is highly appreciated.

7. How should I proceed when I arrive at the hospital?
If you are new to our hospital – kindly proceed to the Registration Counter to register.
If you are an existing and self-paying client - kindly proceed to the clinic and notify the clinic nurse of your arrival.
If you are under insurance or corporate coverage - kindly proceed to the registration counter (without Queue number) for Medical Claims / Guarantee Letter processing, at least 1 hour earlier than your appointment time.

8. Can I make an online appointment if I am a foreigner?
Yes. However, if you have a change of personal information (Passport Number), you will not be able to make an appointment with us. Kindly proceed to the Front Desk to update your details as walk-in and for future appointments or call our Customer Service for assistance. (+6046528926)

9. Can I make online appointment for more than 1 doctor on the same day?
Yes, you can. However, please ensure that the time slots selected do not clash. You should proceed to the first appointment slot once you arrive. Please notify us if you wish to proceed to another doctor first.

10. Can I register on behalf of my parents/relatives/friends?
Yes, you can. Please note that the verification OTP will be sent to the on behalf mobile number.

11. I was informed that the MRN (Medical Registration Number) is very important for us. Is this statement correct?
Yes, this is because the MRN is a unique number for our hospital information system to identify you and your records.

12. What If I have an appointment made ahead but feeling unwell now? Can I make an urgent appointment?
We would advise you to be attended by our doctors at the Accident & Emergency Department as soon as possible. If you are not critically ill, you may also choose to be seen by the consultant as a usual walk in patient at the consultant’s clinic if he/she’s available.

13. Why can’t I make an appointment?
