Online appointment must be made at least one (1) working days prior to the actual appointment date.

Online appointment is only intended for non-emergency cases only. Patients who need urgent consultation should seek consultation at accident & emergency department as soon as possible.

The online appointment system is intended only for selecting the date, time, and type of package. If you have a preferred health screening doctor, please inform the registration staff. Otherwise, one will be assigned to you.

Each appointment is valid for one individual only. Booking an appointment on behalf of a person does not extend to additional individuals, and each person must have a separate, confirmed appointment.

Online appointment will only be confirmed via a confirmation email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp message from Hospital Lam Wah Ee (HLWE).

Once the online appointment is confirmed, a reminder SMS/Whatsapp will be sent to your registered number two (2) days prior to the said appointment.

Rescheduling and/or cancellation of appointment can be made via phone call to HLWE or online appointment website.

Appointments, including those booked online, are subject to evaluation upon arrival. HLWE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule if the patient’s condition or age is deemed unsuitable for the planned service. Alternative arrangements may be offered where appropriate.

HLWE reserves the rights to cancel or reschedule your appointment in the event of unforeseen circumstances. You will be contacted as soon as possible if the doctor is unable to see you at the scheduled appointment. You will be notified of the cancellation and for rescheduling.

HLWE shall not be held liable for any cancelled or rescheduled appointments.

You also consent to be contacted via WhatsApp for appointment-related communications and relevant healthcare updates.

The information that you have provided here will be used to facilitate your booking and for the preparation for your appointment. HLWE will protect your personal information according to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 as outlined in our Personal Data Protection Notice.
